Amy specializes in treating anxiety, digestion, insomnia, mental health, pain management and women’s health.
She strives for a full wholistic approach to health that includes lifestyle changes to ensure her patients’ success.
Amy’s 20 years of experience as a dancer is what first influenced her interest in anatomy and health. She graduated Rowan University with a degree in Health & Exercise Science and degree in Dance.
After Rowan University, Amy then entered massage therapy school at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Her training there was focused on Therapeutic Medical Massage, learning specializations of Myofascial, Deep Tissue and Stretching.
While in in massage therapy school, Amy discovered her interest and love of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine which brought her to the Chinese Medicine school at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in NY.
There she studied Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture for four years, where she learned multiple modalities such as Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion Therapy and Gua Sha.
Amy uses all of these modalities to give each patient an individualized treatment plan that best fits their healing journey. She specializes in treating women’s health menstrual health/regulation, fertility, postpartum health, PCOS), insomnia, anxiety, mental health, digestion and pain management.
